We accept most health insurance plans, and nutrition counseling is often covered at 100% by commercial insurance plans. Even if you have a deductible that has not been met yet, nutrition counseling may be covered in full.
We Verify Your Insurance Benefits
Before your first appointment, our staff contacts your insurance company to verify your nutrition counseling benefits. Insurance verification isn't something every nutrition practice provides, but we do it because we want to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible.
We will let you know of any copays or other upfront costs before your initial appointment.
All of our billing is done in-house, so you will never need to contact a separate billing company. We generally respond to all communication within 48 hours.
If you have a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or other out-of-pocket expense, we offer a variety of convenient payment options. If you have an HSA, HRA, or FSA, you may be able to use those funds to pay for eligible nutrition counseling expenses. Check with your plan administrator for details.
