Lindsay Gillon’s Announcement
It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I have decided to step away from active practice to focus full-time on my family. This decision was not made lightly. I have truly enjoyed the past 10 years of my career working with patients in my practice to help them improve their health, and I cherish the relationships that I have built with so many of you.
To ensure all current and prospective patients continue to receive the highest level of care, Lifestyle Nutrition WNY, PLLC and Melissa Verdi, RDN, CDN, CDCES will be joining AMS Nutrition Counseling, PLLC effective October 1, 2026.
I chose AMS Nutrition Counseling, PLLC with great care and consideration, and I am confident that they will provide excellent care and continued support to patients. Led by owner Amy Shults, RDN, CDN, CDCES, their team shares my philosophy on nutrition, wellness, and dedicated client support.
Serving as a Registered Dietitian for so many of you has been an immense privilege. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me, and I wish you all good health and continued success under the expert care of AMS Nutrition Counseling, PLLC.
