Cranberry Almond Broccoli Summer Salad

Need a dish to pass for a summer BBQ? Get some fruits and vegetables on that paper plate with this light and tasty side dish!


2 small to medium heads of broccoli

1 cup light mayonnaise

½ cup dried cranberries

½ cup sliced or slivered almonds

¼ cup finely chopped red onion

3 Tablespoons sugar

2 Tablespoons white vinegar


1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl

2. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
